A Project is available centring on understanding immune receptor recognition of tumour micro-environment factors. The primary techniques employed will focus on protein and cellular engineering. These techniques will be complemented with cellular assays and biophysical techniques including surface plasmon resonance. The ultimate goal of these projects is to advance cellular immunotherapies in the context of tumour surveillance.
