Flexibility
SVI recognises the importance of flexibility in working hours for parents and others who have caring responsibilities. We encourage staff to propose flexible working hours that provide a reasonable balance between work requirements and personal needs.
Meetings are scheduled to begin after 9.30am and conclude prior to 4.30pm, to provide additional flexibility for working parents.
Staff can purchase an additional 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks of annual leave (on top of the standard 4 weeks per year).
We also offer paid parental leave.
